The St. Thomas Tommies men’s hockey team has missed the playoffs for the second consecutive season. For the players on the team, it’s the end of workouts, practices and weekend travel. As our Jason Cassidy finds out, road trips are much more than hockey for these students.

This semester, there’s a new face in the lineup of the St. Mary’s Huskies hockey team. Mike Danton, a former NHLer, was released from jail last September. As Mike Sanderson reports, Danton is just one of many Canadians who face the batte of trying to fit back into society at university.
